Job summary

Farmers Insurance - Oklahoma is seeking motivated individuals to join a high-performing agency program focused on building a long-term career in sales and leadership. You will receive hands-on training, mentorship, and real world experience to grow a book of business and client relationships within a structured, Monday–Friday schedule.

The role emphasizes outbound activity, client consultations, and cross-selling to protect clients with Auto, Home, Life, and other insurance products.

Qualifications

• Sales or customer-facing experience preferred.
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
• Goal oriented, coachable, and driven to succeed.
• Self motivated with the ability to work independently and on a team.

Responsibilities

• Generate new business through outbound calls, referrals, networking, and agency provided leads.
• Consult with clients to understand needs and recommend appropriate coverage solutions.
• Quote, present, and sell Auto, Home, Life, and other insurance products.
• Cross sell additional coverages to strengthen protection and improve retention.
• Deliver an excellent client experience from first contact through ongoing service.
• Maintain organized records and follow up consistently to manage pipeline activity.
• Participate in ongoing training and coaching to develop sales and leadership skills.
