Job summary

Farmers Insurance in Oklahoma City is seeking an entrepreneurial, self-driven individual to join our Protégé program. You will train hands-on while progressing through milestones designed for long-term career growth within the Farmers network.

You'll develop client relationships, quote and sell Auto/Home/Life/Commercial coverage, and gain day-to-day office leadership experience under the guidance of an experienced agent.

Qualifications

• Background check clearance required
• Willingness to obtain Oklahoma Property & Casualty Insurance License
• Willingness to obtain Oklahoma Life & Health Insurance License
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills
• Self-driven with a growth mindset
• Comfortable in a goal-focused, performance-driven environment
• Interest in developing skills in sales, leadership, and business operations

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain relationships with clients and prospects by providing tailored insurance solutions
• Generate new business through referrals, networking, and proactive prospecting
• Quote and sell Auto, Home, Life, and Commercial insurance products
• Support policy reviews and deliver strong customer service to retain and grow client relationships
• Gain hands-on experience in day-to-day operations and leadership of a high-performing insurance office
• Work closely with an experienced agent for ongoing training and mentorship
• Build a strong production track record and professional foundation for long-term career growth
• Meet program milestones to advance through the Protégé Program and unlock future opportunities
