Farmers Insurance - Oklahoma is seeking a motivated insurance sales professional to build a long-term career in personal, commercial, and life insurance. This in-office role emphasizes ownership of the sales pipeline, consistent follow-up, and growth tied to performance in Norman.

You will sell personal lines (auto, home, umbrella), develop commercial accounts (workers' comp, BOP, commercial auto), and identify life insurance opportunities.

Formación

• Active Oklahoma Property & Casualty license or ability to obtain.
• Life license or willingness to obtain it.
• Strong communication, organization, follow-up, and closing skills.
• Coachable, competitive, accountable and comfortable with measurable goals.
• Ability to work in the Norman office Monday-Friday.
• Bilingual English/Spanish is a plus.
• Prior insurance sales experience preferred; strong sales candidates from other industries may be considered.

Responsabilidades

• Sell personal lines insurance, including auto, home, and umbrella.
• Develop commercial insurance accounts, including workers' compensation, BOP, commercial auto, and other business coverage.
• Identify life insurance opportunities and conduct needs-based conversations.
• Follow up on leads, quotes, referrals, and existing opportunities.
• Maintain accurate CRM records and manage a daily sales pipeline.
• Meet monthly production goals and participate in coaching.
• Explain coverage clearly and recommend appropriate protection rather than competing on price alone.
• Build referral relationships with local businesses and professionals.
