Job summary

AAA Auto Club Enterprises in Coppell, TX, seeks an Education & Training professional to design and deliver education and training on products, technology, and sales processes for agency and call center staff. Travel nationwide up to 1–3 times annually with occasional evenings or weekends for training.

Responsibilities include developing presentations and online content, delivering web conferences, facilitating classroom training, and presenting to Auto Claims teams.

Qualifications

• Experience with Claims
• Creativity to enhance classroom education and presentation materials.
• Presentation skills in facilitating classes and leading discussions for both small and very large groups; coaching one-on-one.
• Ability to assimilate new information quickly; demonstrates initiative to enhance knowledge and skill levels.
• Ability to prioritize multiple tasks; flexible with changing priorities.
• Use of personal vehicle and good driving record required.
• Intermediate PowerPoint; Intermediate to Advanced Outlook.
• Basic Excel; Intermediate Word; Basic Access skills desired.

Responsibilities

• Educate new and existing employees in both technical skills and product knowledge; primarily in classroom settings.
• Develop, establish and conduct virtual classes via web conferences; create presentations for classroom and web sessions.
• Update management on class progress; manage travel and expense reports; respond to emails promptly; submit rosters accurately.
