Qualifications

• Willingness to obtain required insurance licenses.

Responsibilities

• Reach out to prospective customers via provided leads, referrals, and outbound calls.
• Assess clients' needs and recommend appropriate Auto/Home/Life/Business coverage.
• Prepare quotes and sell insurance products; maintain a sales pipeline.
• Cross-sell opportunities and generate referrals; build lasting client relationships.
• Participate in ongoing coaching and product training; strive toward sales targets.
