Job summary

The Aaron Budnick Agency is expanding and seeks a motivated insurance sales professional to grow our client base in Laingsburg, MI.

You will reach out to leads, assess client needs, quote Auto, Home, Life, and Business coverage, and maintain a robust sales pipeline.

Base salary with uncapped commission, paid training, mentorship from the agency owner, and opportunities for advancement in a supportive team environment.

What You'll Do

• Reach out to prospective customers through provided leads, referrals, and outbound calls
• Learn about customers' needs and recommend appropriate insurance coverage
• Prepare quotes and sell Auto, Home, Life, Business, and other insurance products
• Follow up with prospects and maintain an organized sales pipeline
• Identify opportunities to cross-sell coverage and generate referrals
• Develop lasting customer relationships through consistent communication
• Work toward sales goals and contribute to agency growth
• Participate in ongoing coaching and product training
