Qualifications

• superb communicator able to explain insurance concepts clearly
• Willing to obtain Health & Life license; licensing reimbursement offered
• Bachelor's degree or 4+ years of professional sales or related experience
• Experience with accounting or sales software is beneficial
• Strong customer service orientation and self-driven professionalism

Responsibilities

• Conduct business-to-business cold calls and educate potential clients on supplemental insurance products
• Build and maintain client relationships and grow a book of business
• Update reports and systems to track progress toward monthly sales goals
• Tailor risk management strategies and client profiles to individual needs
• Implement marketing strategies including cold calling and networking to reach new clients
• Meet with new and existing clients to present suitable insurance policies
