Candidates should be coachable with strong communication, self-motivation, and the ability to work independently. Licenses are preferred, and prior insurance experience is not required.

Qualifications

• Property & Casualty and Life & Health licenses preferred.

Responsibilities

• Business Development: Prospect for new clients through referrals, networking, cold-calling, and lead databases.
• Build and maintain strong networking relationships with real estate agents, mortgage lenders, title companies, auto dealers, and other professionals.
• Sales and Customer Service: Create customized insurance quotes, deliver compelling sales presentations, and close deals.
• Provide personalized policy options based on client needs and goals.
• Offer ongoing support and information on new products and services to customers.
• Growth and Learning: Stay up-to-date on industry trends and new insurance products.
• Participate in training programs and mentorship opportunities to continually develop your skills.
