Farmers Insurance agency is seeking a confident, sales-focused professional to grow the customer base and drive agency growth in Missouri. The role involves developing new opportunities, presenting quotes, and closing insurance sales across Auto, Home, Life, and Commercial lines, where licensed.

We provide training, lead resources, mentorship, and paths toward leadership or agency ownership, with performance-based rewards and opportunities for professional development and advancement.

Qualifications

• 1 year of sales, insurance, or customer-facing experience with proven goals.
• Strong communication, persuasion, and relationship-building abilities.
• Outward calling to prospective customers and asking for the sale.
• Ability to overcome objections and stay motivated in a goal-driven environment.

Responsibilities

• Develop new business opportunities through outbound calls, referrals, and lead follow-up.
• Learn customer needs and recommend appropriate insurance coverage.
• Present quotes and close sales by communicating product benefits and addressing concerns.
• Sell Auto, Home, Life, and Commercial Insurance where licensed.
• Maintain a sales pipeline with follow-ups, quotes, and leads.
