Farmers Insurance is seeking candidates for an Agency Owner Program in Missouri. This role targets experienced professionals with a path to ownership, extensive training, and a six-figure earnings potential driven by commissions and bonuses.

Ideal candidates bring sales, business development or management experience, strong communication, and licenses for Property & Casualty and Life & Health Insurance or the willingness to obtain them. Exterior signage bonuses and startup incentives are noted.

Qualifications

• Sales, business development and/or management experience required.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Current Missouri Property & Casualty and Life & Health Insurance licenses or willingness to obtain.

Responsabilités

• Meet new business production goals and objectives as established.
• Develop insurance quotes, make sales presentations, and close sales.
• Develop ongoing networking relationships with Real Estate Agents, Mortgage Lenders, Title Companies, Auto Dealers, etc.
• Share training and education knowledge and expertise with team members.
• Thoroughly understand and follow all underwriting, rating and compliance requirements.
• Develop and maintain client relationships.
• Prospects for new business by following sales leads generated from referrals, networking, marketing, cold-calling, and lead databases.
• Present and explain insurance policy options based upon prospective client needs and their personal goals.
• Develop and implement new marketing and sales strategies.

Requirements
