Responsibilities

• Prospect and initiate new business sales using consultative techniques.
• Assist in processing new business and contacting customers to finalize sales.
• Identify cross-selling opportunities for the Sales Agent.
• Contribute to and execute marketing plans with the Sales Agent.
• Meet monthly goals for new business sales.
• Follow up on new policies to maintain retention and cross-sell.
• Coordinate activities with other departments to ensure quality customer service.
• Serve as the initial contact for customer concerns about policies and accounts.
• Unlicensed candidates will enroll in a training class including licensing training materials and exam fees.
