Qualifications

• Active Arizona Property, Casualty and life insurance license or willingness to obtain one within the required timeframe.
• Experience in insurance sales, customer service, or a related client-facing role.
• Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Ability to build trust quickly and handle client conversations with care.
• Comfort working with CRM systems, phone systems, and standard office software.
• Organized follow-through on leads, quotes, and policy paperwork.

Responsibilities

• Connect with prospective clients and current customers to understand their insurance needs.
• Present insurance options clearly and help clients choose coverage that fits their situation.
• Follow up on leads, quotes, and renewals in a timely and thoughtful way.
• Maintain accurate records of client conversations, policies, and next steps.
• Support policy changes, billing questions, and general account service as needed.
• Identify opportunities to deepen client relationships through additional coverage and policy reviews.
• Stay current on product knowledge, carrier guidelines, and insurance procedures.
