Confie, including its family of companies, is hiring an Insurance Agent in Vista, CA. You will sell nonstandard auto insurance, with opportunities to add homeowners and health products, and you’ll work with a steady stream of inbound leads and walk-in traffic.

The role offers sign-on bonus up to $4,000, uncapped commissions, comprehensive training, and a full benefits package. Must have a High School diploma; bilingual English/Spanish is a strong plus.

Qualifications

• Experience in selling nonstandard auto insurance and related products.
• Ability to grow earnings through upselling and cross-selling.
• Bilingual English/Spanish is a strong plus.
• High school diploma or GED required; license preferred with company support.
