Confie is hiring Insurance Agents in Westminster, CA to sell nonstandard auto insurance, with opportunities to expand into homeowners and health insurance. You’ll work with inbound leads and walk-ins, benefiting from a strong commission structure and a generous sign-on bonus.

Qualifications

• Personal Lines or Property & Casualty license (preferred, but not required – we’ll support you in obtaining one)
• Bilingual skills in English and Spanish (a strong plus)
• Experience in sales or customer service
• High School Diploma or GED
• Strong ability to build customer relationships and earn trust
• Excellent follow-up, organization, and multi-tasking skills
• Ambitious, motivated attitude with a desire for growth and advancement
• Strong written and verbal communication skills

Responsibilities

• Solicit new business while maintaining strong relationships with current customers to achieve or exceed sales goals.
• Build relationships with customers, understand their needs, and expand opportunities by offering auto, homeowners, or health insurance solutions.
• Maintain records of transactions, including deposits and documentation in the agency management system.
• Be a trusted advisor and provide guidance to help clients choose the insurance product that fits their needs.
