Confie, a leading insurance broker with 800+ locations nationwide, is hiring an Insurance Agent in San Marcos, CA to sell nonstandard auto insurance and related products. You will work with inbound leads and walk-in traffic, build relationships, and drive growth with a competitive compensation plan.

The role includes paid training and licensing, comprehensive benefits, and a sign-on bonus up to $4,000. A license is preferred but we’ll support obtaining one; bilingual English/Spanish is a strong

Qualifications

• Personal Lines or Property & Casualty license preferred; we’ll support obtaining one.
• Bilingual in English and Spanish is a strong plus.
• Sales or customer service experience required.
• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Strong ability to build customer relationships and earn trust.
• Excellent follow-up, organization and multi-tasking.
• Ambitious, motivated attitude with a desire for growth.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Drive Growth: Solicit new business while maintaining relationships to meet goals.
• Build Relationships: Connect with customers and expand opportunities with auto, homeowners, or health insurance.
• Ensure Accuracy: Maintain records of transactions in agency management system.
• Be a Trusted Advisor: Advise clients on suitable insurance products.
