Qualifications

• Experience in sales or customer service and a passion for helping people.
• Bilingual English and Spanish is a strong plus.
• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Ability to build customer relationships and earn trust.

• Ambitious, motivated attitude with a desire for growth and advancement.

Responsibilities

• Drive growth by soliciting new business while maintaining relationships with current customers to meet or exceed sales production goals.

• Ensure accuracy by maintaining records of transactions and documentation in the agency management system.
• Be a trusted advisor by establishing rapport and guiding clients to the best fitting insurance products.
