Job summary

Confie and its family of companies seek an Insurance Agent in Bakersfield, CA to sell nonstandard auto insurance and grow earnings with homeowners and health products. You’ll build relationships, handle inbound inquiries, and advise clients on optimal coverages. Training, licensing, and mentorship are included.

The role offers a pay range of $50,000-$110,000 per year, with a sign-on bonus up to $4,000 and a robust benefits package. Bilingual English/Spanish is a strong plus.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Bilingual English/Spanish a strong plus.
• Experience in sales or customer service.
• Able to build lasting customer relationships.
• Excellent follow-up, organization and multi-tasking.

Responsibilities

• Drive growth by soliciting new business while maintaining relationships to meet sales goals.
• Build relationships with customers and expand offerings (auto, homeowners, health).
• Ensure accurate records of transactions and documentation in the agency system.
• Be a trusted advisor to help clients choose suitable insurance products.
