Job summary

Confie is seeking an Insurance Agent (Sales, Customer Service) to sell nonstandard auto insurance and related products to new and existing customers. You’ll work with high-volume inbound leads and walk-in traffic, with paid training and licensing support.

You can grow earnings through incentives, bonuses, and contests, with a strong emphasis on relationship-building and helping clients choose auto, homeowners, or health insurance solutions.

Qualifications

• Bilingual English and Spanish is a strong plus.
• Experience in sales or customer service is preferred.
• Strong follow-up, organization and multitasking skills are required.

Responsibilities

• Drive growth by soliciting new business and maintaining relationships to meet sales goals.
• Build relationships with customers and expand opportunities with auto, homeowners, or health insurance products.
• Ensure accuracy by keeping records in the agency management system and processing deposits.
• Be a trusted advisor to help clients choose the best insurance products.
