Confie and its family of companies in Oakland are seeking an Insurance Agent (Sales, Customer Service). This full-time role focuses on selling nonstandard auto insurance to new and existing customers, with abundant inbound leads and walk-in traffic.

You will build relationships, present auto, homeowners, and health options, and increase earnings through incentives. Licenses are supported, bilingual English/Spanish is a plus, with comprehensive training and ongoing mentorship.

Qualifications

• Experience in sales or customer service roles.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Bilingual in English and Spanish is a strong plus.

Responsibilities

• Drive growth by soliciting new business while maintaining relationships with existing customers.
• Build relationships by understanding needs and expanding opportunities with auto/home/health products.
• Maintain accurate records of transactions and deposits in the agency system.
• Serve as a trusted advisor to help clients choose insurance products that fit their needs.
