Confie is hiring Insurance Agent (Sales, Customer Service) in California. You will sell nonstandard auto insurance to new and existing customers, with opportunities to grow earnings via homeowners and health insurance, in a role that emphasizes relationship-building and advisory guidance.

The position offers a sign-on bonus up to $4,000, comprehensive benefits, training, and a mentorship culture. This is a full-time on-site role with paid time off and a 401(k) plan.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Licensed personal lines or property & casualty preferred with employer support.
• Experience in sales or customer service and a passion for helping people.
• Bilingual English and Spanish is a strong plus.
• Strong relationship-building, follow-up and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Drive growth by soliciting new business while maintaining relationships.
• Build relationships with customers and expand auto/ homeowners/ health insurance sales.
• Maintain accurate records of all transactions in the agency system.
• Act as a trusted advisor helping clients choose appropriate products.
