Job summary

Confie and its family of companies are hiring an Insurance Agent to sell nonstandard auto insurance to new and existing customers. This on-site role emphasizes relationship-building, meeting sales targets, and providing guidance on the right products for clients.

You will handle policy sales, maintain client relationships, and contribute to growth through outbound and cross-selling efforts, with a focus on service quality and compliance.

Qualifications

• Sales or customer service experience required.
• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Bilingual in English and Spanish preferred.
• Personal Lines or Property and Casualty license preferred (but not required).

Responsibilities

• Sell nonstandard auto insurance to new and existing customers.
• Solicit new business and maintain current levels to meet sales goals.
• Expand business by building relationships with customers to meet production goals.
• Accurate accounting of currency transactions and deposits with documentation in system.
