Job summary

Insurancemke is seeking a motivated Insurance Sales Account Representative who will identify customer needs, recommend policies, and build lasting client relationships. You will meet prospects, explain coverages, maintain a CRM pipeline, and guide clients through underwriting and claims, with a focus on renewals and referrals.

This role offers base pay with commissions, benefits, and opportunities for advancement in a client-focused environment.

Qualifications

• Sales experience in insurance or related field.
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
• Ability to explain complex information in a simple, customer-friendly way.
• Self-motivated and goal-oriented with a drive to meet targets.
• Willingness to learn insurance products and complete required training.
• Valid driver’s license; travel may be required.
• Must pass licensing requirements (state dependent).

Responsibilities

• Meet with prospective customers via inbound leads, referrals, and/or outbound prospecting
• Assess customer needs and recommend suitable insurance policies (life, auto, home, health, or business)
• Explain coverage options, deductibles, premiums, and policy benefits clearly and accurately
• Build and maintain a pipeline of leads and track progress in CRM systems
• Follow up with prospects and assist clients through the application and underwriting process
• Educate clients on claim processes and coverage details
• Maintain active knowledge of products, underwriting rules, and state/federal regulations
• Provide excellent customer service and support after the sale to support renewals and referrals
• Meet or exceed sales goals and performance targets
