Jody Griffin - State Farm Agent is seeking an Account Representative to support daily operations and customer success. You will grow the agency by building meaningful relationships and connecting customer needs with relevant State Farm products and services.

The role emphasizes lead development, appointment setting, and providing prompt, friendly service to clients on policy availability, changes, billing, and claims inquiries, while aiming to foster lasting customer relationships.

Qualifications

• Experience in sales (inside or outside) is preferred.
• Experience in managing customer relationships preferred.
• Interest in marketing products and services based on customer needs.
• Strong written, verbal and listening communication skills.
• Dedicated to customer service and anticipating client needs.
• Able to relate effectively to customers and license requirements (P&C).

Responsibilities

• Develop leads, schedule appointments, identify customer needs and market products and services.
• Establish customer relationships and follow up as needed.
• Provide prompt, accurate, and friendly customer service across inquiries, eligibility, coverages, changes, transfers, claims, and billing.
• Promote long-lasting customer relations through proactive engagement.
