Todd Wells Agency of American Family Insurance in Littleton, CO is seeking a motivated insurance professional to join our team. You will service existing customers and prospect new business, helping clients choose the right home, auto, umbrella, life and small business coverage.

Ideal candidates have sales and customer service experience, strong communication, and are able to work independently to build relationships and grow the agency.

Qualifications

• Demonstrated sales and customer service experience.
• Excellent oral and written communication skills.
• Ability to work independently to plan and prioritize.
• State-licensed to sell property, casualty and life insurance.

Responsibilities

• Grow agency revenue through consultative selling of insurance products.
• Cross-sell and coordinate with team to provide additional coverage.
• Prospect for new business via leads, calls, networking, events and referrals.
• Prepare quotes and applications and present to clients to close sales.
• Provide policy servicing including changes, billing and claims inquiries.
• Conduct annual policy reviews with clients.
