Job summary

Kale Insurance is seeking an Insurance Sales/Service Representative to service current clients, follow up on leads, and provide timely quotes across multiple products. The role is based in Kings Mountain, NC, with a relaxed office culture that values flexibility and work-life balance.

Base pay ranges from $12 to $19 per hour depending on experience, with a Monday–Friday schedule and a 1:00 PM Wednesday close. PTO, holidays, life insurance, and development opportunities are offered.

Qualifications

• Active NC Property & Casualty license is required.
• Active SC Property & Casualty license is required.
• Strong phone communication skills are essential.
• Good computer skills and fast typing abilities expected.

Responsibilities

• Receive calls from current clients and respond promptly.
• Call leads and provide insurance quotes across products.
• Service existing clients and address their needs to maintain relationships.
• Communicate professionally with clients by phone and email.
