Qualifications

• Property & Casualty (P&C) license is required or obtainable.
• Life & Health (L&H) license is required or obtainable.
• Previous insurance agency or sales experience is helpful.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills.
• Comfortable balancing service with primary sales focus.
• Motivated, dependable, and able to work well in a team.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks with accuracy and professionalism.

Responsibilities

• Provide professional and responsive service to existing State Farm customers.
• Assist customers with policy questions, changes, billing inquiries, and other service needs.
• Process policy updates and maintain accurate customer information.
• Assist the sales lead with customer follow-up, quotes, and sales-related activities.
• Identify potential sales opportunities and refer or assist with those opportunities as appropriate.
• Help customers understand their coverage and available insurance options.
• Maintain organized records and ensure service requests are handled accurately and promptly.
• Build strong, long-term relationships with customers.
• Support the agency team in meeting customer service and business goals.
