State Farm Insurance Companies is seeking an Insurance Sales and Service Representative to join Greg Lunde – State Farm Agency. This role is sales-focused with service duties, offering a guaranteed base pay and opportunities to grow with the agency.

Ideal candidates are detail-oriented, customer-focused, and capable of identifying sales opportunities while maintaining exceptional service. Licenses in property & casualty and life & health are required or obtainable, with PTO and retirement

Qualifications

• P&C insurance license must have or be able to obtain.
• Active Life & Health insurance license must have or be able to obtain.
• Previous insurance agency and/or sales experience is helpful.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills.
• Comfortable assisting with service while focusing on sales.
• Motivated, dependable, and team-oriented.
• Guaranteed base pay: $45,000–$48,000 per year, based on experience.

Responsibilities

• Provide professional and responsive service to existing State Farm customers.
• Assist customers with policy questions, changes, billing inquiries, and other service needs.
• Process policy updates and maintain accurate customer information.
• Assist the sales lead with customer follow-up, quotes, and sales-related activities.

• Help customers understand coverage and available insurance options.
• Maintain organized records and ensure requests are handled accurately and promptly.

Greg Lunde – State Farm Agency is looking for an Insurance Sales and Service Representative to join our team. This is primarily a sales-focused position with some service responsibilities and an opportunity to support our sales lead.

The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, organized, and committed to providing excellent customer service. They should also be comfortable identifying customer needs, assisting with sales opportunities, and helping the agency deliver a positive customer experience.
