Greg Meyer - State Farm Agent is seeking an Account Representative to grow the agency through meaningful customer relations and by acting as a liaison between customer needs and agency departments. You will proactively market relevant products and services to improve the lives of customers.

The role emphasizes developing leads, scheduling appointments, and delivering prompt, friendly service across inquiries about coverage, policy changes, transfers, and billing.

Qualifications

• Experience in sales preferred.
• Experience in managing customer relationships preferred.

• Able to anticipate customer needs.
• Able to effectively relate to customers.
• Property & Casualty license.

Responsibilities

• Develop leads, schedule appointments, identify customer needs, and market products and services to help meet those needs.
• Establish customer relationships and follow up with customers, as needed.
• Provide prompt, accurate, and friendly customer service. Service can include responding to inquiries regarding product availability, eligibility, coverages, policy changes, transfers, claim submissions, and billing clarification.
• Promote successful and long-lasting customer relations.
