Position Overview

This is a full-time Insurance Sales and Service Representative career opportunity with Tyler Parmer State Farm in Mount Joy, PA for someone who wants to write new business and take care of the customers they win. Pay range: $40,000-$60,000 per year

This range reflects expected total compensation—including base salary, commissions, and bonuses—when performance goals are met. Base salary varies based on experience and licensing. Commissions are uncapped, and high performers regularly exceed this range.
