Job summary

State Farm Madison is seeking motivated Sales Representatives to build client relationships, identify insurance needs, and grow the agency. No prior insurance experience required; licensing required or willing to obtain Property & Casualty and Life & Health licenses.

Qualifications

• Must have or be willing to obtain a Property & Casualty insurance license.
• Must have or be willing and able to obtain a Life & Health insurance license.
• Insurance experience is not required.

Responsibilities

• Build relationships with new and existing customers.
• Identify customer needs and recommend appropriate insurance products.
• Generate and follow up with leads.
• Make outbound calls and conduct customer conversations.
• Develop new business and help grow the agency.
• Meet with customers to understand their insurance needs.
• Provide professional and personalized customer service.
• Follow up with prospects and customers throughout the sales process.
• Work closely with the agent to achieve agency growth goals.
