Responsibilities include educating customers on options, developing leads, and scheduling appointments while leveraging a customer-focused needs-based review process. Licenses to obtain include P&C and Life & Health.

Qualifications

• Sales experience in outside, inside, retail, or telemarketing roles.
• Self-motivated with ability to work in a team.
• Ability to multi-task and conduct effective customer interviews.
• Spanish bilingual preferred.
• Property and Casualty license (to obtain).
• Life and Health license (to obtain).

Responsibilities

• Use a customer-focused, needs-based review process to educate customers about insurance options.
• Develop leads, schedule appointments, identify customer needs, and market appropriate products and services.
