Noah Peconga's Farmers Insurance Agency is offering a mentor-based training program across Indiana. You’ll be paid while being trained by experienced agency owners and leaders, with a clear path toward agency ownership within a year.

You will gain hands-on business and sales training, leadership development, and the flexibility to work within the community, while progressing through university-aligned curriculum and mentorship.

Qualifications

• 2 to 3 years of sales, customer service, or client-facing experience.
• Strong motivation and comfort with high-volume outbound calling.
• Excellent communication and relationship-building abilities.
• Entrepreneurial spirit with interest in future ownership.
• Willingness to complete required assessments and licensing.

Requirements

• Willingness to complete Personality Assessment when prompted after applying
• Licensing: You must hold or be willing to quickly obtain Property & Casualty (P&C) and then Life & Health insurance licenses.
• Experience & Skills: 2 to 3 years of previous sales, customer service, or client-facing experience is strongly preferred. You must be highly motivated and comfortable with high-volume outbound calling.
• Transportation: A valid driver's license and reliable transportation are required.
• Strong communication, relationship-building, and organizational abilities
• Entrepreneurial spirit with a clear interest in future ownership
• Ability to self-manage and prioritize tasks effectively
