Suchomel & Associates, LLC is an American Family Insurance agency in Sun Prairie, WI. We protect local families and businesses with car, home, life, umbrella, renters, and small business coverage, and our team treats clients like neighbors.

No insurance experience? No problem. If you’ve worked in hospitality, retail, banking, real estate, or any job serving people, you already have what matters most. We’ll train you and help you get licensed.

Qualifications

• Wisconsin Property & Casualty license is a Bonus but not required.
• Comfort with outbound prospecting, sales goals, and follow-up.
• Sound judgment, attention to detail, and reliable task management.
• Comfort with agency technology, email, phone, and virtual meeting tools.
• Ability to meet background, appointment, and carrier eligibility requirements.

Responsibilities

• Meet new clients through calls, referrals, and community outreach
• Recommend coverage that fits each client’s needs
• Create tailored quotes and guide clients to a decision
• Deliver policies and follow up to build lasting relationships
• Work closely with the Agency Owner and service team to provide a consistent customer experience.
• Prepare accurate quotes and present coverage choices in clear language so customers can make informed decisions.
