American Family Insurance - Ante Juric Agency in Saint John, IN is seeking a licensed Insurance Sales Representative who thrives on helping clients, building relationships, and achieving growth through consultative sales.

You will develop quotes, present coverage options, and convert leads into lasting client relationships. A Property & Casualty license is required, with Life & Health preferred or obtainable after hire, and a strong focus on customer service and integrity.

We’re looking for a confident and driven Licensed Insurance Sales Representative who enjoys connecting with people, creating opportunities, and turning conversations into long-term client relationships. This role is ideal for someone who is motivated by goals, enjoys a fast-paced and relationship-driven environment, and takes pride in delivering results.

Whether you already have insurance experience or are looking to continue growing within the industry, we provide the support, training, and tools to help you succeed.

Base salary is $30,000 to $50,000, and average commissions and bonuses in your first year will be around $12,000 to $20,000.

Entry-level team members average around $50,000 in their first year, while top performers can earn $80,000+ annually through a combination of base salary, commission, and bonus opportunities.
