Suchomel & Associates, LLC is an American Family Insurance agency in Sun Prairie, WI. The team helps local families and businesses protect their assets and live with confidence.

No prior insurance experience is required; if you’ve worked in hospitality, retail, banking, real estate, or any service role, you have what matters most. We’ll train you and help you get licensed, teaching you the rest.

Qualifications

• A Property & Casualty license is a bonus but not required to start.
• Great with people: friendly, patient, and a good listener.
• A positive attitude and willingness to learn.
• 1+ years of customer service or sales experience.
• Basic computer skills, typing, and comfort with multi-line phones.
• The ability to work independently and on a team.

• Build trust with clients and create tailored insurance quotes.
• Spot cross-selling and bundling opportunities.
• Help clients understand their policies and answer questions.
• Process payments and update policies.
