• Illinois Producer License for Property & Casualty; willingness to get Life if not licensed.

• Solid understanding of personal lines and life insurance products.
• Strong comfort level using computers for policy management and client documentation.
• Clear, empathetic, and professional communication style.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
