Job summary

The Juris Agency in Illinois is seeking an Insurance Customer Service Representative / Producer to join our independent agency. This role blends client service with new business development for personal and commercial lines.

You will handle policy changes, endorsements, renewals, and quotes, coordinate with multiple carriers, and build long-term client relationships. Illinois license or willingness to obtain is preferred.

Qualifications

• Illinois Property & Casualty Insurance License required or preferred.
• Experience with personal lines and/or commercial insurance.
• Strong customer service and communication skills.
• Ability and willingness to quote and write new business.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional day-to-day customer service to personal and commercial insurance clients.
• Handle policy changes, endorsements, certificates, billing questions, and coverage questions.
• Process applications, policy changes, renewals, and cancellations.
