The Juris Agency, Emporia KS, is seeking an Insurance Sales Producer to join our Farmers Insurance team. You will generate new business, build client relationships, and tailor insurance solutions to protect what matters most.

We offer a competitive base pay plus uncapped commission, bonuses, hands-on training, mentorship, and clear advancement paths in a supportive, team-oriented environment.

Qualifications

• Sales experience preferred, but not required.
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills.

Responsibilities

• Prospect and generate new business through calls, networking, referrals, and community outreach
• Develop relationships with clients and provide customized insurance solutions
• Quote and sell Auto, Home, Life, Business, and Specialty insurance products
• Follow up with leads and maintain a strong sales pipeline
• Conduct policy reviews to identify coverage needs and cross-sell opportunities
• Deliver excellent customer service before and after the sale
• Meet or exceed monthly sales goals and performance expectations
• Maintain accurate client records and activity tracking
