Job summary

Kasey Osman Insurance in Melbourne, FL is seeking an Insurance Sales Representative to join our close-knit team and help clients choose the right coverage.

You will connect with prospective clients, educate on policies, and build lasting relationships while working a Monday-Friday schedule with competitive compensation including base salary plus commission and bonuses.

Qualifications

• Florida license preferred but not required.
• If you do not carry a P&C license we have positions to lead into a sales role while you get licensed.
• Demonstrated success in a sales environment, preferably within insurance.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal.
• A genuine desire to help people and understand their unique needs.
• Ability to manage your time effectively and stay organized.
• Comfort with learning and using new software and technology.

Responsibilities

• Connect with prospective clients to understand their insurance needs and concerns.
• Analyze client situations to recommend the most suitable insurance policies.
• Educate clients on policy options, coverage details, and benefits.
• Build and maintain strong, lasting relationships with a portfolio of clients.

Salary Range: $45,000.00 - $115,000.00 per year

Requirements

• A valid Florida or 2-20 or 20-44 Insurance License is preferred but not required.
• If you do not carry a P&C License we do have positions to lead into a sales role while you get licensed.
• Demonstrated success in a sales environment, preferably within insurance.

• A genuine desire to help people and understand their unique needs.
