Job summary

Farmers Insurance Agencies in California is seeking an entry-level Sales Development Representative (SDR) to join our growing team. This role offers a base salary starting at $19 per hour on a part-time basis, with potential increases based on performance.

Qualifications

• 1 of either Property & Casualty or Life & Health Insurance license in California (Both Preferred)
• Insurance Industry Experience
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Bilingual in English and Spanish required
• Active drivers license
• Computer savvy with ability to manage CRM and digital tools
• Must live within a 15-mile radius of the office
• Strong phone communication skills and sales aptitude
