Job summary

Raquel Hardy Farmers Insurance is urgently seeking top sales professionals in Texas to join a leading, Presidents Council district team. If you are outgoing, goal-oriented, and capable of closing leads, we want to discuss how we can help you grow.

We offer base salary with commission, bonus opportunities, and a work-from-home setup with a Mon-Fri schedule. Expect comprehensive training and career growth within a supportive team environment.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5+ years Insurance Sales experience.
• Active General Lines Property and Casualty Insurance License in Texas.
• Successful track record of meeting sales goals/quotas preferred.
• Bilingual Spanish / English Is Preferred But Not Required.
• Farmers Insurance experience is preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Develop insurance quotes, make sales presentations, and close sales.
• Offer and bundle and close a high percentage of the given leads.
• Secure all Trailing Documents from customers.
• Handle all incoming calls from customers and follow-up.
• Complete Evidence of Insurance requests.
• Document each customer contact into Data.
• Ask each customer for referrals and explain our referral program.
• Thoroughly understand and follow all underwriting, rating and compliance requirements.
• Maintain knowledge of new products and services.
• Use your creativity to engage clients and renew policies while asking for referrals.
• Call ALL of the leads we provide and ask for more.

You will be offered a base salary based on your experience and track record of success, as well as competitive commissions and bonuses.
