The West Agency, a Farmers Prime Agency, is hiring two experienced Texas-licensed Insurance Sales Producers who sell personal and commercial lines. We provide real inbound leads, strong support, and opportunities for growth within a Farmers-backed framework.

You will receive a generous commission plan, paid training, and a flexible hybrid schedule. This full-time role requires the Texas P&C license and Life/Health/HMO license, with a path to long-term career advancement.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in insurance sales with a track record of meeting or exceeding targets.
• Multilingual or bilingual abilities are highly desirable to serve a diverse client population
• Active Texas Property & Casualty (P&C) license – required
• Active Texas General Lines Life, Health and HMO license – required

Salary Range: $42,635.00 - $125,887.00 per year

Annual Base Salary + Commission + Bonus Opportunities

Requirements

• Proven experience in insurance sales with a strong track record of meeting or exceeding targets
• Excellent negotiation and communication skills to articulate complex insurance concepts clearly
• Multilingual or bilingual abilities are highly desirable to serve diverse client population
• Active Texas Property & Casualty (P&C) license – required
• Active Texas General Lines Life, Health and HMO -required
