Patrick Brady Insurance Services, Inc. is expanding its insurance sales team in Fort Lauderdale. We seek an energetic professional to grow our business through outstanding customer experience and consultative insurance sales discussions.

You will leverage leads, present quotes, and close sales while building long-term client relationships. This role offers a base salary plus commissions and opportunities for advancement within a supportive learning environment.

Formación

• Property & Casualty license required.
• Auto and/or Homeowners insurance experience preferred.
• 3–5 years of successful sales experience preferred.
• Strong written and verbal communication.
• Confident, self-starter who works well independently.

Responsabilidades

• Meet new business production goals and objectives as established.
• Solicits for new business via telephone, networking, and other lead sources.
• Develop insurance quotes, makes sales presentations, and closes sales.

Responsibilities

Requirements

• Property & Casualty insurance license is required.
• Auto insurance and/or Homeowners insurance experience is preferred
• Prior Allstate Experience is preferred
• Confident, self-starter who works well independently.
• Must be highly self-motivated.
• Career minded vision.
• Problem-Solving Capabilities.
• Works well with other employees and is a team player with a positive attitude.
• Minimum 3-5 years prior successful sales experience is preferred.
• Strong communication skills, both oral and written.
• Be equipped with great listening and closing skills.
