Cisneros Allstate Agency in Elmwood Park, Illinois is seeking an Insurance Sales Representative to help protect families and businesses with tailored coverage and exceptional service.

You will engage with prospective clients, present policy options, and build lasting relationships. A valid Illinois Property & Casualty license and sales experience are preferred; bilingual Spanish/English skills are a plus.

Qualifications

• Demonstrated experience in sales, preferably within the insurance industry.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication abilities, both written and verbal.
• A genuine passion for helping people and understanding their insurance needs.
• A proactive attitude and a drive to achieve personal and agency goals.
• Bilingual Spanish/English speaker preferred.
