Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or 4+ years post-high school work experience.
• Active Health & Life Insurance Producer license in resident state or willing to obtain (course provided).
• Background check required.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.

Responsibilities

• Utilize Salesforce CRM to curate leads and develop clients.
• Respond to client inquiries by phone, email, or text.
• Schedule meetings with potential and existing clients.
• Visit local businesses and develop relationships with owners.
• Build and nurture your own client portfolio.
• Meet monthly and quarterly sales targets with the team.
• Record daily work stats and sales activity.
