Qualifications

• Background check is required.
• Active Driver's License and reliable transportation.
• Active Health & Life Insurance Producer license in your resident state or willing to obtain (licensing fees reimbursed).
• Bachelor's degree or 4+ years of post-high school work experience in sales or related field.

Responsibilities

• Prospect, contact, and meet potential clients to discuss insurance needs.
• Respond to client inquiries via phone, email, or text.
• Schedule meetings with clients to understand their coverage needs.
• Attend scheduled calls and meetings with the sales team.
• Visit local businesses, build relationships, and re-service existing clients.
• Develop and nurture your own client portfolio; meet monthly/quarterly targets.
