This dynamic, fast-paced environment lets you build your own client portfolio, use Salesforce CRM, and work toward monthly and quarterly targets with team support and ongoing training.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or 4+ years post-high school work experience (sales or athletic background)
• Active Driver's License and reliable transportation
• Active Health & Life Insurance Producer license in your resident state (or willing to obtain)
• Pass a high-level pre-employment background check.

Responsibilities

• Utilize Salesforce CRM to curate leads and generate clients
• Respond to client inquiries by phone, email, or text
• Schedule meetings with potential and existing clients
• Attend scheduled calls and meetings with your sales manager and team
• Visit new businesses and build relationships with local owners
• Build and nurture your own client portfolio
• Collaborate with your sales team manager to set monthly and quarterly targets
• Plan and adhere to your weekly schedule; submit to your manager
• Record daily work stats and sales activity updates
