Qualifications

• Strong verbal and written communication skills.

• Willing to obtain Texas P&C license if unlicensed.

Responsibilities

• Generate new business through outbound calls, internet leads, referrals, and relationship-building opportunities.
• Contact prospective customers, identify their insurance needs, and provide personalized coverage recommendations.
• Prepare insurance quotes, present coverage options, address objections, and confidently ask for the sale.
• Follow up consistently with prospective customers to maximize sales opportunities.
• Identify opportunities to bundle auto, home, life, and other insurance products.
• Build and maintain relationships with referral partners, including real estate agents, mortgage lenders, and local businesses.
• Meet or exceed established daily, weekly, and monthly sales activity and production goals.
• Maintain accurate customer information, sales activities, and follow-up tasks in agency management systems.
• Participate in daily team huddles, sales training, coaching, and role-playing exercises.
• Provide professional, knowledgeable, and customer-focused service throughout the sales process.
