The position emphasizes learning the insurance industry while developing sales and customer service skills. You will use Salesforce CRM to curate leads, respond to inquiries, and schedule meetings.

Responsibilities

• Use Salesforce CRM to generate and manage client leads.
• Respond to client inquiries by phone, email, or text.
• Schedule meetings to understand client insurance needs.
• Attend calls and meetings with sales manager and team.
• Visit local businesses to develop relationships and re-service clients.
• Build and grow your personal client portfolio.
• Work with the team to set monthly/quarterly sales targets.
• Plan and adhere to weekly schedule; report weekly.
