Job summary

The Auto Club Group (ACG) is hiring for a full-time on-site sales role at our Joliet, IL branch. You will drive growth by selling insurance, memberships, and financial products, while providing ongoing service and building trusted client relationships.

Expect base pay plus incentives, a ramp-up incentive of 2,500, and comprehensive benefits. Training, tools, and support are provided to help you succeed in a fast-paced, community-focused environment.

Qualifications

• Active State Property & Casualty Insurance Sales license.
• Active State Life and Health Insurance Sales license, or obtain within 90 days of hire.
• High School diploma or equivalent.
• 1+ year of customer-facing experience in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Own the sale and ongoing service of insurance, memberships, and financial products within the branch.
• Conduct insurance reviews, quote, bind, and issue policies per underwriting guidelines.
• Build and maintain rapport with members and clients; respond to inquiries professionally.
• Prospect and engage in local events to develop new business and referrals.
